It’s really easy to cook an “Al horno y Punto” suckling pig. Just 3 steps:
- 1) Preheat the oven to 200ºC and lay the product out to bring it to room temperature. Do not take it out of the bag.
- 2) Place the bag on the rack near the bottom for 120 min with the skin or rind facing upwards.
- 3) Remove from the oven. Pierce the bag to let out the hot steam. Carefully remove the piece, strain the remaining juice from the bag, and enjoy!
Use the oven with dual cook mode to ensure balanced baking throughout the cut. If needed, brown for a few more minutes to taste.
It is a fresh quarter suckling pig (back or front), vacuum packed in a heat-resistant bag the product is baked in.
Suitable for any type of oven.
Shelf life 21 days when fresh (from labelling) and 2 years when frozen.
